UFuture is a holding of Ukrainian entrepreneur Vasyl Khmelnytsky, that integrates his business and impact-investment projects.
The company has a diversified portfolio of assets in real estate, infrastructure, industry, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals and IT. UFuture’s assets are valued at $500 million and the total capitalization of the businesses it has invested in is up to $1 billion.
UFuture is the majority shareholder of UDP development company (specializing in large infrastructure projects) and the Kyiv Sikorsky International Airport (the second international airport in Ukraine by passenger traffic), a strategic investor in Biopharma (pharmaceuticals) and UDP Renewables (renewable energy).
The company actively invests in new business and impact projects, including UNIT.City innovation parks in Kyiv and Kharkiv, LvivTech.City in Lviv, Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, Unit School of Business, INDAX production accelerator.
With Vasyl Khmelnytsky foundation K.FUND and independent partners UFuture develop and support various social projects in the fields of education and economics, specifically Kyiv International Economic Forum (KIEF), Lean Institute Ukraine, Novopecherska School, ucode IT academy, entrepreneur club WIN-WIN Club, an interdisciplinary project for young designers professional growth and creative teams development European Design Upgrade: Transnational Capacity Building (EDU), etc.
