Vasyl Khmelnytsky is recognized as one of the best top managers of Ukrainian business

According to delo.ua, founder of UFuture holding company Vasyl Khmelnytsky entered the rating “Top 100 best business managers” and took second place. In 2020, Ukrainian business leaders were determined by an expert jury (60%), an editorial board (20%) and voting on the delo.ua website (20%).

The candidates were assessed according to five criteria: effective management, emotional intelligence, innovation, strategic thinking, and crisis management.

“Vasyl Khmelnytsky, the founder of UFuture, builds his businesses on his own win-win partnership formula. He invests no more than 25% in new areas. According to him, it disciplines partners to stay involved in the business. Contrary to the pandemic and quarantine, he is actively developing all his businesses — from pharmaceutical and IT to the first Ukrainian innovation park UNIT.City," — the publication notes.
