UFuture withdrew from the shareholders of RTM-Ukraine

Mykola Bagraev became the new owner of 50% of the corporate rights of the national advertising operator

Kyiv, September 22, 2020. — UFuture has sold 50% of its corporate rights to the national advertising operator RTM-Ukraine. Mykola Bagraev, the founder of the Tavriya Games company, which owns the remaining 50%, became the new shareholder of the advertising group. In accordance with the agreements reached, the parties do not disclose the amount of the agreement.
