Graduates of UFuture Talents Innovational Program presented business projects

May 17-18, the presentation of business projects by the participants of UFuture Talents, the innovative corporate educational program for top managers, took place at MIM (International Institute of Management) in Kyiv.

The project that lasted three months was first within the program. 26 participants who completed two stages of selection (filling in the application form and interview) joined the program. Top-managers of such companies as lifecell, UkrSibbank, Credit Agricole Bank, Genesis, Myronivsky Hliboproduct and others as well as business owners took part in the project.

“The program is a new talent management format developed and tested by UFuture Investment Group, a worthwhile way to raise the level of professionalism and motivation of the company’s employees by attracting talented, high-level professionals, which prompted us to rethink our cultural code and created an understanding of the value of this solution for each of our businesses and the group as a whole”, – Olena Dobrorodnieva, UFuture Talents Program Manager, said.

Specialists with technical, legal, financial, commercial, marketing, and communicational higher education and professional experience starting from 3 years were invited to the program.

The course included 122 hours of intensive training (lectures, business games), 40 hours of recommendations, practical cases and interaction with real businesses from UFuture Investment Group’s experts.

The final task within the program was to develop and present business plans for UFuture companies and projects (UDPR, Plank Electrotechnic, UNIT.City in Kharkiv, Kyiv International Economic Forum, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship (SME) School, Boy&Girl, Production accelerator).

All graduates have received certificates for successful completion of the educational program, and the best ones have the opportunity to get a job offer from UFuture Investment Group.
