Bila Tserkva Industrial Park joins in restoring the industrial potential of eastern Ukraine

Specialists of the company “Industrial Park Management” (managing company of the industrial park “Bila Tserkva”) were included in the group of experts of the project to restore the industrial potential of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the Azov region.

The result of joint work will be the concepts of industrial parks and industrial real estate implemented in practice. The program is implemented within the framework of the USAID project “Economic Support of Eastern Ukraine”.

It consists of four stages and will last eight months — from September 2020 to April 2021; the project implements the public organization GoLOCAL.

• The first stage is to educate. It is a three-day course on industrial real estate development in Mariupol, Severodonetsk and Kramatorsk for 90 participants — representatives of business, local authorities and NGOs. The trainers and experts of the project will be representatives of Industrial Park Management.
• The second stage is to visit industrial parks in Ukraine and Serbia. The tours’ purpose is to learn about the practical aspects of industrial real estate development, financing, marketing, and work with clients, local and state authorities.
• The third and fourth stages of the grant project are practical. Experts will analyze market conditions and prospects for developing industrial parks and industrial real estate in eastern Ukraine and develop the concepts of industrial parks created in the region and provide practical advice on their improvement.

The results of the experts’ work will be presented at the final events in Mariupol, Severodonetsk and Kramatorsk.

Entrepreneurs, representatives of industrial enterprises, local governments, business associations and non-profit organizations of Luhansk, Donetsk regions and the Azov region can participate in the project.
