Bila Tserkva Industrial Park will help manufacturing companies in business transformation

Bila Tserkva Industrial Park has started a program for strategic and operational consulting — Managing Industrial Properties (MIP). Its goal is to promote the quality development of the industry and help companies effectively manage industrial real estate.

“From March to June 2020, there is a decline in demand for enterprise products and transportation. In some industries, the depth of decline reached 70% compared to the same period last year. Accordingly, the balance of enterprises were assets that require fixed operating costs, investments and do not generate profit. Our goal is to help manufacturing companies adapt to new economic conditions. For companies, we conduct a comprehensive examination of industrial real estate, which can be called “anti-fragile”. Its implementation allows to manage key risks and develop resilience to adverse events in the economy,” said Andriy Ropitsky, Director of Business Development of the industrial park.

Comprehensive expertise will be performed in three stages and simplify the operation of real estate, infrastructure and networks, help eliminate risks and reduce the consumption of utilities:

  • Legal audit — assessment of title documents for land and real estate, determination of their status and purpose.
  • Technical examination of buildings, structures and engineering networks, engineering-geological and geodetic surveys on request.
  • Financial, economic and accounting analysis, determination of financial stability and stability of the owner of assets.

The company notes that the program will be of interest, first of all, to manufacturing companies in the machine-building and chemical industries, pharmaceutical, metal and woodworking, textile and food industries.
