UDPR is recognized as a leader eco company in the energy

According to the annual rating of the magazine “Vlast deneg”, UDP Renewables has been ranked in the TOP-25 of the largest Ukrainian companies by volume of eco-investments already made and planned. The selection criteria included activities aimed at improving ecosystems in the regions, preserving the health of Ukrainians and enhancing Ukraine’s technological potential.

UDP Renewables production capacity reached 85.4 MW in 2019 and is expected to grow to 250 MW in 2020, making the company one of the largest clean energy producers in Ukraine. Strategic investor of UDP Renewables is a holding company UFuture.

“We and our partners consider it strategically important to further increase the share of renewable energy in the country’s energy mix and to ensure that energy production at our stations is in line with the best practices in the world,” Vasyl Khmelnytsky, founder of UFuture, commented.

Overall, according to the search results of State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, over €3.9 billion has been invested in the economy of Ukraine in 2019, thanks to the development of energy efficiency and clean energy.
