“I spend 15% of my time studying,” Vasyl Khmelnytsky, founder of UFuture

In 2020, 60 employees of the holding company UFuture, including the founder Vasyl Khmelnytsky, started their day with one and a half hour courses in various fields. For example, to improve memory, longevity, or healthy sleep. 80% of those who signed up passed the course by passing the exam.

Vasyl Khmelnytskyi has spread his passion for lifelong learning to all employees of the company, the businessman told Forbes.

In order not to turn new knowledge into dead weight, Vasyl Ivanovych developed a special reading system: in each book he emphasizes the main ideas and makes extracts from them. After reading, he studies them several times and reports on the insights received to make sure that he remembers and understands everything.

The entrepreneur implements the principles he likes in the life and work of the company.

"The information obtained should be transferred to paper, implemented, mistakes made and conclusions drawn," Khmelnytsky emphasizes.

The founder of UFuture graduated from a vocational school at the beginning of his career, so for some time he felt “uneducated.” To get rid of this syndrome, he decided to constantly learn something new. He started with English, which he had not studied before, then there were many other disciplines.

An entrepreneur has developed a rule to spend at least 15% of his time studying, and this gives huge benefits in life and business.
