“Responsible work of the business is less evil than strict quarantine,” Vasyl Khmelnytsky, founder of UFuture
The pandemic has shown that humanity needs to learn to live in new realities and restart old business models. Vasyl Khmelnytsky, the founder of UFuture holding company, believes that Ukraine should recover as soon as possible and overcome today’s challenges. He is convinced that the longer the economy stays idle, the more serious the consequences will be.
Entrepreneur gives three reasons why strict quarantine causes more harm than a pandemic business.
- Responsibility and its absence. When a person is alone, it’s difficult to control what it does and whether it actually follows quarantine measures. At the same time, the responsible employer provides its employees with all necessary means of disinfection and protection.
- The economic downturn is poverty, which will sooner or later lead to a social explosion. When people go to work and get paid, they have hope for the future and an understanding of how to live.
- Taxes and business. To save tax revenue, people need to be allowed to return to their jobs. Sitting at home — it will not work.
