A community of creative entrepreneurs interested in personal and business development has been formed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ufuture.com\/en\/our-companies\/unit-city\/\">UNIT.City innovation park<\/a> developed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/ufuture.com\/\">UFuture<\/a> holding, Valentyna Rakitina, UNIT.City&#8217;s director of ecosystem development, told <a href=\"https:\/\/vctr.media\/ua\/rol-komyuniti-v-seredovishhi-innovaczij-ta-yak-jogo-buduvati-na-prikladi-unit-city-109623\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vector<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>One resident story<\/h3>\n<p>Entrepreneur Oleg first came to UNIT.City on the open day. After that, he decided to work in the park\u2019s coworking. Oleg became a resident of UNIT.City, got access to educational and entertainment activities of the park, business school, accelerators, networking and useful meetings with investors.<\/p>\n<p>At one of the resident parties, Oleg met people who work at FinTech. After merging their companies and attracting students from <a href=\"https:\/\/ufuture.com\/en\/our-companies\/ucode-it-academy\/\">ucode IT Academy<\/a>, which also operates in the park, they began to develop new business.<\/p>\n<p>Over time, the company left the community. But less than six months later, Oleg and his team returned. \u201cWe missed the atmosphere of UNIT.City,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<h3>Community benefits<\/h3>\n<p>People join a community when they see it as an opportunity for development.
