The technology park in India has become so big that residents are stuck in traffic jams before they even leave it.<\/p>\n<p>Manyata Embassy Business Park, or Manyata Tech Park, is one of the largest technology parks in India. It is located in the north of a densely populated city and a powerful technological center \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/ufuture.com\/en\/temples-traffic-jams-startups-the-indian-city-and-tech-hub-where-billions-are-pouring\/\">Bengaluru<\/a>. Today the business park is about 1.2 km2. It has indoor transport, an outdoor sports area, a rooftop football arena, a food court with more than 1000 seats, and an amphitheater with 600 seats.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/properties.awards.ndtv.com\/winners-2013\/\">In 2013<\/a>, Manyata Tech Park received the award as the best IT park in India. Among its residents are Microsoft, Rolls Royce, IBM, Nokia Networks, Philips, Alcatel-Lucent, Target Corporation, Nvidia, AXA, Ikea and many others.<\/p>\n<p>The proportion of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embassyofficeparks.com\/ourportfolio\/bangalore\/embassy-manyata\/\">companies<\/a> in the park:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>43% \u2013 technological;<\/li>\n<li>12% \u2013 retail;<\/li>\n<li>11% \u2013 telecom;<\/li>\n<li>10% \u2013 health care;<\/li>\n<li>8% \u2013 research, consulting, and analysis;<\/li>\n<li>7% \u2013 financial services;<\/li>\n<li>4% \u2013 engineering and production;<\/li>\n<li>5% \u2013 the rest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Football on the roof<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehindubusinessline.com\/news\/sports\/rooftop-football-arena-launched-at-embassy-manyata-business-park\/article9623236.ece\">You can play football<\/a> on the roof of the 8-story building in the heart of Manyata.
